This section is dedicated to the American Airlines' fleet of Airbus A319 aircraft. As at the beginning of 2023 there are three variants, all configured 8F 120M (including 24 designated Main Cabin Extra seats).

The first version (type A319) is fitted to the former America West, Frontier, and US Airways aircraft in addition to those delivered new to American Airlines in 2019. Equipped with Gogo's 2Ku satellite wifi, inflight entertainment is streamed free of charge to your personal device. These aircraft do not have seat back screens.

The second version (type A319S), delivered between 2013 and 2015, is equipped with ViaSat satellite wifi offering inflight entertainment streamed free of charge to your personal device. All seats include individual seat back screens with content delivered via the onboard Thales powered IFE system.

Finally, the third version is the Project Oasis conversion currently fitted to one aircraft (N778XF) incorporates new seats, ViaSat connectivity, streamed in-flight entertainment with all seats equipped with USB-A and AC power provision plus tablet holders
