• E12: Two class international configuration, featuring two Business Class cabins arranged 2-2-2 and fitted with JAL Sky Suite (Apex) seats
• E21: Domestic three class configuration (First, Class J, and Economy)

Boeing 787-9

• E71: Three class international configuation, featuring two Business Class cabins arranged 2-2-2 and fitted with JAL Sky Suite (Apex) seats
• E91: Three class international configuation, featuring two Business Class cabins arranged 1-2-1 and fitted with JAL Sky Suite III seats
• E92: Three class international configuration, featuring one Business Class cabin arranged 1-2-1 and fitted with JAL Sky Suite III seats
