KLM's fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliners is numbered at nineteen, comprising of thirteen "Dash-9" and six larger "Dash-10" types.

The Boeing 787 fleet is currently undergoing a cabin update adding a dedicated Premium Economy cabin to the mid section of the aircraft. As at the beginning of 2023, all 787-10s have been updated and work on the first 787-9 is underway
