The wide bodies
Malaysia Airlines operates a fleet of twenty-one Airbus A330 aircraft comprised of six two-class A330-200s and fifteen three-class A330-300s, plus seven Airbus A350-900s (one being a former SAS example). The first of twenty Airbus A330-900neos is expected to enter service in 2024.
The two A330-200 variants share a similar cabin arrangement other than the business class which has a "mirrored" seating configuration
The narrow bodies
Malaysia Airlines operates a fleet of over forty Boeing 737-800 aircraft across its regional network. There are currently two configurations in service. The type 2 is the older configuration which is gradually being replaced by the type 1. The airline also introduced its first Max 8 in November 2023
